Yes, Chef Scott occasionally loves a BIG, juicy burger and his culinary degree is in baking 😱.

Chef Scott is an insulin-dependent Type 2 Diabetic. That REQUIRES healthy eating. It’s a terrible thing to eat oneself into this miserable disease. The big question: how many boxes of Brown Sugar-Cinnamon Pop Tarts does it take to eat one’s self into being Diabetic? Chef Scott doesn’t know because he stopped counting at the age of 12.
Chef Scott has Crohn’s Disease-since 1978! Damn! It wasn’t even fashionable back then. A compulsive overeater, he ate himself into major surgeries by not respecting his body and its food requirements.
Chef Scott believes that, outside of Sponge Bob, no one is perfect. He believes that we all struggle with demons. For him, Food represents the biggest demon of them all. It’s not easy being him.
