With DECADES of experience in the culinary field, this former comedy magician is the perfect fusion of food expertise and fun. With so many chefs making headlines today, Chef Scott is unique. He is, in fact, a living satire of so many well-known chefs-with the qualifications to back that up.
He is the former chef of the Jack Warner Estate in Beverly Hills as well as a Malibu filming location where Dallas, The A Team, and many movies and commercials were filmed. Additionally, he used to cater the backstage parties at the Universal Amphitheater.
In the early 90s he hosted an award winning cable show, the wacky Sachs in the Kitchen. His current live shows are an offshoot of that series.
Locally, for years he owned Market Street Catering, a critically-acclaimed boutique company and was the Bay Area Restaurant Critic for America Online for six years. Currently, in addition to his culinary performances, Chef Scott is a credentialed culinary instructor and teaches four, nine-week Culinary Career classes each year at Berkeley Adult School.

Chef Scott includes all food samples related to the demonstration recipes, unless otherwise agreed upon.
In order to reserve a date, payment of 50% is required. The balance is due 7 business days prior to your event date. Additionally, all non-local
(San Francisco) travel expenses, transportation, parking and hotels are the responsibility of the client.
Cancellations are non-refundable. Prior to 7 business days before the event, the cancellation fee is the 50% deposit. Between 7 business days before the event and the event, the cancellation fee is 100% of the fee.
